Terms and Conditions on Real Estate:  Bank pre-approved financing letter is
required to bid on property. Successful, high bidder will sign purchase
agreement with purchase price having been established by high bid.  Earnest
money deposit from successful bidder in the form of cash or check totaling
$1,000 must accompany purchase agreement date of sale, with balance due at
closing within 40 days (cash or pre-approved financing).  Earnest money
deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE upon acceptance of offer; therefore, prior
